Charging and Packages
Charges for building and maintaining your website are based on an estimation of the time it will take us, based on an hourly rate of £30. We prefer to discuss your requirements as much as possible and to customise the site to your individual needs - trying always to ensure that the information is presented in a clear and concise manner.
How this is achieved varies greatly from project to project, for example a business may want a complex site which includes design of a logo or animation. This can be labour intensive but projects a certain image for the company, while a personal site may be geared more simply as a way of presenting images or information for others to view.
As a guide, we offer three packages to give an idea of likely costs:
Personal - £140 including 1 year's hosting
- up to 3 simple HTML pages
- 10 images scanned and optimised for fast downloading
- simple navigation buttons
- one year's hosting on an appropriate server
Intermediate - £500 including 1 year's hosting
- up to 7 HTML pages
- 15 images scanned and optimised for fast downloading
- navigation with pop-up menus if required (see features)
- one year's hosting on an appropriate server
- domain name for one year e.g. .co.uk or .biz
- one simple flash animation (see features)
- one hour's updating time (eg changes of text, images)
Small Business - £1150 including 1 year's hosting and Search Engine submission
- up to 20 HTML pages, based on template for site-wide updates
- 30 images scanned and optimised for fast downloading
- navigation with pop-up menus if required (see features)
- one year's hosting on an appropriate server
- domain name for one year e.g. .com,.co.uk or .biz
- three flash animations (see features)
- two hour's updating time (eg changes of text, images)
- submission to popular search engines (eg. Google)
